Fake banknote detector used by mediamarkt
New Chicago counterfeit detector with software updated via USB and SD ports and with main board capacity to record the banknote features of the different denominations of the new series of European banknotes issued by the BCE and the new 5 & 10 GBP. The counterfeit detector is used by Repsol and Mediamarkt among other companies to protect the business from fraud.

The screen shows the value of the last identified or authenticated ticket, but not the sum of all authenticated tickets. This function is used as a security measure, when the detector is in a zone that is very visible to the public, and the objective is to protect the business from the introduction of false bills. With the DEN function, it is avoided to display the sum with the value of all the notes identified as a security measure.
ADD function: When the New Chicago counterfeit detector works with this function, the value of each banknote identified as genuine is added to the previous one, showing on screen the total value of the banknotes identified. It is recommended to use this function in the office but not in front of the public.
Security: The counterfeit detector detects fake notes using up to 6 security measures. Identifies the infrared, magnetic, magnetic code, thickness, size and transparency of the note. Acoustic and optical signals through the screen with CF message when a fake note is identified.Bank note detection 100% secure.
