The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul in Ireland has bought a coin sorter and thermal printers from Countermatic.
Countermatic has equipped the vending machines in the charity buildings of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul in Dublin, Ireland. A coin sorter and a ticket printer have been installed in the vending machines. These machines are distributed throughout the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul's charity buildings in Dublin so that guests can buy what they want at any time.
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul was founded in Ireland in 1844. It is the largest voluntary charitable organisation in Ireland. Their focus is on practical approach to dealing with poverty, alleviating its effects on individuals and families through working primarily in person-to-person contact by a unique system of family visitation and seeking to achieve social justice and equality of opportunity for all citizens.
The Countermatic set consists of a coin sorter with a Montecarlo printer. The coin counter counts and sorts all denominations of Euro coins, displaying the total and partial value by screen and printer receipt. Other features of the product are:
