NEW KIOSKS
The new kiosks are made up of the following elements and peripherals: The trunk and main structure, monitor, scanner (on the trunk or handheld), printer, POS mount and the base.

The combinations that can be made with the mentioned peripherals allow to cover different needs and to carry out different actions:

  • Information Point Kiosk: The information point kiosk has a trunk and a screen or monitor. This allows the customer to search for the information they need through the monitor (15" to 19").
  • Queue Management and Check-in Kiosk: The kiosk consists of a trunk, a screen or monitor and a printer. This type of kiosk allows the customer to check-in themselves and print the ticket with their service number. For other types of registrations, either with a QR or a barcode that the customer has, a scanner can be added inside the kiosk. For example, check-ins in hotels or airports.
  • Self-ordering Kiosk: The self-ordering kiosk has the general trunk, a screen or monitor and a printer. This kiosk allows the customer to make his order via the kiosk screen and print the order ticket. It can be used, for instance, on restaurants where the order is payed on the checkout.
  • Self-payment Kiosk: The self-payment kiosk has a steel trunk, a screen or monitor, a printer and a payment terminal stand. This type of kiosk allows orders to be done through the screen or monitor, and with the POS stand the payment of the order can be done. The printer then prints the order ticket.
  • Self-service Kiosk: Finally, the self-service kiosk has the steel trunk, the screen or monitor, the printer, the pinpad mount and the scanner, which can be built into the trunk or can be a handheld scanner bolted to the kiosk side.

The new kiosks are a great benefit to: improve and streamline customer actions in shops, save time and staff costs, are perfect for small spaces, streamline transactions and make the customer experience more independent.

These kiosks can be found in different locations, such as: museums, shopping centres, check-in at hotels and airports, dental clinics, queues at butchers or fishmongers, restaurants, coffee shops or supermarkets.
