Warranty Procedures
All our products have a two year warranty with the exception of batteries and connection cables which have a 6 month warranty.
All products that have been damaged or dropped accidentally are not covered by the warranty.
The customer is responsable for sending their damaged products to any one of our world wide distributors for repair and they will
cover the costs of sending the repaired product back to you. Ask for the nearest distributor in your area: sat@countermatic.com

+ Proof of Purchase (orignal invoice)
+ Serial Number
+ Comments about the malfunction
+ Contact person's name and telephone no.

In case of failure of any of our devices, please contact our Technical Department and they will provide you with the nearest

If the damaged product needs to be repaired, the customer is responsable for sending it to any one of our world wide distributors for repair. All parts under warranty including spare parts and labour, will be of free of charge.
Please remember to register your device on our website upon purchase as you will be notified of any updated software when new notes are issued by the Central Banks.
